Q1. How many papers are allowed for one registration fee?
One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.
Q2. Do you have any format for abstracts?
There is not any format for abstracts. Please enter your abstract submission as a plain text without any keywords or title in the abstract box in the conference system. Then, if it is accepted, you can download the acceptance letters for all authors from your conference account.
Q3. Do I have to submit the full paper?
No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you do not submit your full paper by the deadline, then we will publish the abstract of your study in the abstract book.
Q4. Is there any page limitation for full papers?
No, there is not any page limitation for full papers.
Q5. What is the duration of each oral presentation?
The duration of each oral presentation may vary between 15 and 20 minutes based on the number of presentations in the session.
Q6. Can I pay the conference fee before the acceptance of my abstract? Can I get a refund if my paper is rejected?
Yes, you can pay the conference fee before your submission. If your abstract is rejected, you can submit another abstract or participate in the conference as a listener. In case that your abstract is rejected, a refund may also be paid if the organizing committee approves it.
Q7. How can I submit my conference paper to other sponsor journals?
The conference participants can also submit their papers for publication to the sponsor journals. All sponsor journals are refereed journals and have a double-blind review process. Any manuscript submitted for consideration in publication in the sponsor journals is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
Q8. As a virtual presenter, do I get the documents that are given to in-person presenters?
Yes, the virtual presenters will receive all conference documents (Conference Program Book, Conference Abstract Book, Certificate of Participation, and Proceedings Book) electronically.
Q9. What is the role of the session chair?
The session chair(s) can manage the time for presentations and make sure every presenter starts and finishes as scheduled. In the sessions, every presenter has about 15-20 minutes including the time for questions-answers based on the number of presentations in the session. The break times may be used for the questions-answers if additional time is needed.
Q10. Do I have to submit the presentation file?
No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you wish, you can save your presentation file as a pdf file and share it with other participants through your conference account before the conference starts.
Q11. Can I submit the full paper to two different sources?
We publish the full papers only in one source: proceedings, journal or book chapter in the annul book. If a paper is submitted for the journal or book chapter publication but does not fit the source, then it is published in the proceedings book regardless. If you want your full paper to be considered for the journal publication, please choose Journal while submitting it from your conference account. Otherwise, please choose the Proceedings as the publication source.
